Tour van details for Mossfest 2024 

Thanks for being interested in riding in the van with us here’s the details for the tour. 

➖We will take up to 5 artists each week in the van with us. 

➖Artists are responsible to get TO THE 1ST CITY that week and FROM the last city that week. (Example if the tour starts in Jackson, MS and ends in Dallas, TX it is the artist responsibility to get to Jackson, MS and from Dallas, TX .) 

➖We will pick all artists up between 12pm and 2pm at the airport on the first city of the week you decide to ride with us. 

➖The tour price is $1000 each week. That includes (ground transportation, interviews  performances, lodging and photos in each city! 

🛑DUE TO TRAVELING RESTRICTIONS WE WILL NOT TAKE ARTISTS WITH US DURING WEEK 6!!🛑

➖ there will be a contract that needs to be signed by both parties to protect any parties involved. 

➖ the non refundable deposit to lock in is $250. It will need to be paid 4x before you leave with us. We will only take about 5 artists per week the initial $250 holds your slot. Although it can’t be refunded it CAN be transferred to another week if u decide u can’t make that week. 

OTHER PAYMENT PLANS CAN BE SET UP UPON YOUR NEEDS.
